  1. Prepare 2 of large packs country style ribs (bone in).
  2. It's 2 of onions, sliced.
  3. It's 1-12 ounce of can Coca Cola.
  4. Prepare 2 cups of bbq sauce.
  5. You need 1 tablespoon of black pepper.
  6. Prepare of Fresh minced garlic (10 cloves).

I much prefer them this way (or in the Instant Pot) than in the oven. You can be hands-off and get some things done while these yummy ribs are slowly cooking to perfection! Place ribs, onion and garlic in crock pot. Drain ribs and onion from crock pot.

  1. Rinse ribs in cold water and pat dry.......
  2. Add onions to bottom of large crockpot.....
  3. Next add your country style ribs.....

  5. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours......

Discard any juices from crock pot and return meat and onions to crock pot. Stir together barbecue sauce and jam until blended. If you need to use a larger crock pot, watch it closely the first time you make it so you can make any adjustments to the timing that are needed. I would not recommend using a smaller crock pot. I prefer to cook these on low as I think they are more tender, but you can cook them on high to shorten the cooking time if you need to.
