  7. Pre heat oven and put it inside for 15 mins (add a pinch of brown sugar on top for a beautiful crust but that's an option).

The last layer should be Bechamel sauce and then a layer of Parmesan cheese. Repeat steps until potatoes and bacon are gone. Finish with cream mixture and cheese.
