  1. Prepare 1 Cup of Thick Beaten Rice / Poha.

  1. Wash Beaten Rice/ Poha and drain it. Wash potatoes and cut in to half and pressure cook for 3 whistles. When it is done. Cool it and allow standing time for 2 minutes. In a bowl add boiled potatoes and mashed it properly..

Stuff the mixture into the balls and roll it like a thick chapati. Take a samosa mould keep the poha mixture in the centre portion of the chapati and pressed gently. Open the mould and take out the smaosa from the mould. Keep aside..
  4. Mean while preheat Air fryer for 180 the C for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes cool it and take out the basket from Air fryer. Brush oil in the basket and keep the samosa batch wise. Don't over crowd it. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes. Check in between. If it is done..
