  1. Brown ground beef. Drain excess oil/grease off. Add stewed tomatoes, mushrooms(optional) and cut up unions. Cook until the vegetables are soften. Add a dollop of sour cream and about 1/4 cup of milk and cook about 10 minutes. Then turn heat off.
  2. Preheat oven to 350. In separate pot, bowl some macaroni. When tender, drain excess water and add milk and cheese. Cook approximately 5-7 minutes more. Add this mixture (Mac and cheese) to the meat / vegetable and pour into a baking pan. Cook about 10 more minutes. Then pour into baking pan.
  3. Once in the baking pan, top with shredded cheese. Plus or minus to the amount and type of cheese you prefer. Bake about 20-30 minutes. Serve with corn, salad, garlic bread or whatever sides you choose.
