- Chop into 1 cm thick pieces..
- Rub the oil generously and sprinkle in the salt and pepper..
- Wrap in a foil paper..
- Bake in a 180 degree Celsius heated oven for 20 - 25 minutes..
- Remove from oven when tender..
- Serve and enjoy..
