Ingredients of Yippee Omelette
- It's 1 packet of Yippee maggi.
- It's as needed of Water.
- It's 2 of Eggs.
- It's 1 of chopped onion.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Chopped cilantro.
- Prepare 1/2 Tsp of Chilli flakes.
- You need 1 tsp of oregano.
- Prepare as needed of Oil.
It taste similar to omelette with eggs. I have already shared a veg version of egg thoran, This one is a eggless version of omelette and it taste very similar to regular omelette. This taste great with rice and rasam. Pour the egg mixture all over.
Yippee Omelette step by step
- First boil water and add the crushed yippee. Add the yippee masala. Let it get cooked and dries up..
- Then in a bowl crack the eggs, add chopped onion, cilantro, salt, oregano and chilli flakes. Give it a nice mix..
- Then add the cooked yippee into the egg mixture.
- Heat a tawa and add & tbs cooking oil, then add the yippee-egg mixture and spread it on tawa. Let it get cooked for 5 mins in low flame.
- With the help of a plate flip the omelette and cook the other side for next 5 mins..
- Now the yippee-egg omelette is ready to serve hot..
Drizzle some oil on the edges of the omelette. Cook the omelette till the eggs are cooked. Fold the omelette into half and serve right away!
