Begin by grabbing an omelette sized pan and give it one quick spritz of oil spray. We want just a tiny bit to keep the Just Egg from sticking to the bottom and sides of the pan. What I like to do is use my fingers to spread out the oil that has been sprayed into the pan. The omelet is cooked if it is firm to the touch when pressed by the finger.

If it clings to the finger like the beaten egg white, it needs to cook longer. Spread desired amount of jam, jelly or marmalade over one half of the omelet. You may be tempted to use more jam than is listed. Using a fork, beat the eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl until thoroughly mixed. Dip the rings in oil, place on the griddle and press down lightly with fingers to assure contact all around the ring.
