- It's 1 cup of qeema or any meat mince cooked.
- You need 1 of small onion chopped.
- You need 1 of tomato chopped.
- It's 2_4 of Green chillies chopped.
- You need 2 tbsp of coriander or parsley chopped.
- It's 1 tsp of black pepper.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of salt.
- Prepare 0 of il for frying.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of milk.
- You need 2 tbsp of baisan or flour.
- You need 4 of eggs.

Fusion Omelette instructions
- Beat eggs with red chilli powder, haldi, salt and black pepper.

- Add basan and milk and mix well.
- Chop all veggies.
- Heat the qeema (mince meat) and cool a little then add all chopped vegetables..
- Now take a frying pan and heat with little oil spread it as we do for pancakes..
- Pour some egg mixture with a ladle and spread all around to make a circle and cook on ow flame to set a bit.
- Put 1 SPOON stuffing on one side and carefully fold it and press edges and cook for few sec than turn it and cook on other side to a nice brown colour.

Take it out than again pour some oil and make other eggs, make sure to cook on low flame to cook egg from inside.
- Make sure to put qeema when your egg is half cooked not full nor very kacha..
