  2. Prepare 250 ml of All Purpose Cream.
  3. Prepare of Parmesan Cheese.
  4. You need of Bacon sliced into bits.
  5. Prepare of Butter.
  6. Prepare of Onion.
  7. Prepare of McCormick Carbonara mix.
  8. It's slices of Mushroom.

The creamy carbonara sauce can't be any simpler. Next, it's time to get the bacon going. Chop or crumble the bacon into small pieces and set aside. Cook the diced onions and chopped mushrooms.

Bacon Carbonara instructions

  1. Melt butter in a heated pan.
  2. Cook the bacon bits, onion and mushroom slices in the melted butter then set aside.
  3. Pour the Cream in a saucepan. Add the McCormick carbonara mix and stir until dissolved in a medium heat.
  4. Sprinkle parmesan cheese onto the the mixture and continue to stir until it boils. Add parmesan cheese depending on the taste desired.
  5. Pour the carbonara sauce on the cooked pasta.

You'll know they're finished when the onions are translucent and tender. Pour off and reserve about two tablespoons of the hot water from the noodles. While the pasta is cooking, fry the bacon until just barely crisp. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Pour off all of the bacon grease, but don't clean the pan.
