  2. In another bowl, whisk the egg and oil together.
  3. Whisk dry ingredients into egg mixture.
  4. Stop when batter is just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into greased springform or push pan.
  6. Cover pan tightly with foil.
  7. Add 1/2 cup water to inner pot of Instant Pot.
  8. Place pan on a trivet and place in inner pot.
  9. Close & lock lid. Make sure pressure release valve is turned to Sealing..
  10. Push PRESSURE COOK—Normal; Pressure: High; Timer: 1 hour.
  11. Natural Release—10 minutes.
  12. Push pressure relief valve to Quick Release..
  13. Take pan out and let sit for 10 minutes..
  14. Remove from pan and slice..
