  3. Press rub into ribs to coat both sides..
  4. Put 1 cup water and 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar in bottom of instant pot and put the trivet on top of the liquid..
  5. Wrap the rack of ribs around the trivet but not touching the sides..
  6. Set pot on meat/stew button for 25 minutes. Let it natural release for 10 minutes then do a quick release..
  7. Put cooked ribs on a foil lined baking sheet. Cover with your favorite BBQ sauce. Broil in the oven for about 5 minutes for the sauce to bubble..

Then, place the airfryer basket with the tray on the middle rack in the Instant Pot (as shown in photo below). Now, layer the cut or uncut country ribs on the airfryer tray in Instant Pot. For low altitude, use the lower number, and for high altitude cook them a little longer. Also, the longer you cook them, the more "fall-off-the-bone tender they will be. This was my first time using the Instant Pot.
