  1. Mix curd and semolina with all spices and mix well.rest for 10 minutes.add baking soda and powder if eno unavailable but if eno is here then it's best to make anything fluffy like bread dhokla,cake or other fluffy dishes.
  2. Mix well and set a pan add water and set stand in center.pour mixture into small bowls after greasing with oil or idli plates if have.steam for 10 minutes and take out..
