Korean Style Chinese Noodles. This is a popular Chinese Korean noodle dish made with Chinese black bean paste (chunjang). I like to make my sauce more concentrated than the regular recipe to achieve a more intense flavor with less sauce.   9. Add sugar, soy sauce, black pepper, turn heat up to medium-high, Bring to a boil.
  10. Add soft noodles and scallions.
  11. Stir and continue to boil for 2 or 3 minutes until noodles are cooked..
  12. Serve. Garnish with sesame seeds, scallions, cilantro..
