Ingredients of Dalgona Coffee with Sunny Side Up
- It's 2 Tbsp of instant coffee.
- You need 2 Tbsp of granulated sugar.
- Prepare 2 Tbsp of hot water.
- Prepare 1 cup of milk.
- You need of Decoration: whipped cream + mango puree.
If you'd like an added special touch, top it with a square of hazelnut chocolate or a wafer roll. Sunny side up with coconut and onion chutney. You whip them together until it resembles a fluffy meringue type consistency. Once it's whipped, dollop it over your choice of milk.
Dalgona Coffee with Sunny Side Up instructions
- Add coffee, sugar and hot water in a bowl (in 1:1:1 ratio).
- Whip the mixture for about 2 minutes (I used a hand mixer).
- Add milk to a glass and spoon the whipped coffee on top.
- Add a spoonful of whipped cream then top with mango puree.
